I’m Kantharaj, a professional interior designer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in residential interior design, sales, and project execution. My journey began on the design floor, working directly with homeowners, understanding their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with leading brands such as Praxis Retail, Home Centre (Lifestyle International), Pepperfry, Wakefit, and Magic Bricks, where I handled everything from design consulting and store operations to team leadership and large-scale project management.
These experiences shaped my understanding of what customers truly need — not just beautiful interiors, but reliable delivery, transparent pricing, and a team they can trust.
With this vision, I founded Neo Decors to create a company that blends design creativity with disciplined execution. My goal was clear: build a professional interior brand that delivers high-quality residential spaces without the common headaches of delays, miscommunication, or hidden costs.
Over the past year, Neo Decors has successfully completed 50+ homes within a single community in Bangalore, offering complete turnkey interior solutions including modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage solutions, and full home transformations.
